Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: 1. Payment: The consultation fee must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment with Chef Ena. We accept various modes of payment, including credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, or other approved payment methods. 2. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule your consultation. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment twice within a 24-hour notice period without incurring any additional charges. However, any subsequent rescheduling requests or rescheduling requests made with less than 24-hours notice will require a new consultation fee to be paid. 3. Timeliness: It is important to arrive promptly for your scheduled consultation to maximize your time with Chef Ena. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your consultation may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on Chef Ena's availability. Cancellation Policy: 1. Full Refund: If you wish to cancel your consultation and receive a full refund, you must notify us in writing at least 3 days prior to your appointment. We will process the refund within the appropriate time frame, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method. 2. Partial or No Refund: Cancellations made within less than 3 days of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund. In such cases, the consultation fee will not be refunded. 3. Cancellation Notice: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through our designated communication channels. The cancellation request should include your name, appointment date, and reason for cancellation. 4. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other unavoidable situations, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your consultation. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. However, please note that rescheduling and cancellations impact our scheduling and availability, as well as the opportunity for other clients to secure appointments. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the booking and cancellation policy outlined above and agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
